Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and direct technical strategies for major enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Act as the primary technical voice for multiple clients and guide them through Databricks evaluation and adoption.
- Build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products with hands-on resources.
- Implement account technical strategies and align them around Databricks solutions.
- Develop technical champions and support transformational data, ML, and AI initiatives within customer accounts.
- Lead virtual teams, build executive and influencer relationships, and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- Experienced pre-sales professional with a proven record of helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Experience building relationships with executives and influential stakeholders.
- Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
- Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Ability to establish virtual teams, lead them to success, and present convincing technical points of view to decision-makers.
- Experience practicing live or vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.
- Databricks Certification is preferred.
