Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core and .NET 6+.
- Build and enhance distributed, event-driven architectures using Dapr for service communication, state management, and messaging.
- Develop and support integrations with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Azure Service Bus.
- Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases, including schemas, stored procedures, and query performance.
- Assess, refactor, and modernize legacy applications and services while maintaining business continuity.
- Translate stakeholder business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, and code quality initiatives.
- Promote software quality, security, observability, and DevOps best practices.
- Lead technical initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
- Mentor team members through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience developing backend applications with .NET Core and .NET 6+.
- Experience building and supporting microservices-based solutions, ideally using Dapr.
- Strong knowledge of messaging and event-driven systems using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Experience maintaining, integrating, or modernizing legacy .NET applications.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
- Understanding of software design patterns, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
