Base Salary
$141k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews using AI-driven insights and system modeling
- Set technical standards through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of AI-generated code
- Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first development practices
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions
- Improve engineering processes through automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows
- Build services meeting high availability and latency standards in a mission-critical environment
- Use AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience designing and delivering highly available, scalable cloud-based systems
- Backend service experience with multiple managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, or C#
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows
- Strong understanding of applying AI to developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency
