Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise Power Platform architecture, design, delivery, governance, standards, roadmap, and outcomes.
- Lead development of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Support and enhance the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Drive automation strategy, including PowerShell scripting, AI-enabled automation, Copilot capabilities, and intelligent workflows.
- Lead solution design and technical delivery while partnering with business stakeholders and infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Contribute to platform engineering, operations, modernization, security, compliance, and integration initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship without necessarily having direct people-management responsibility.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- 5–7+ years of experience across Microsoft 365 or collaboration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, identity, and security.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and governance models.
- Strong automation and integration skills.
- Preferred: experience leading Power Platform programs or a Center of Excellence.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI and Copilot capabilities and implementation.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Preferred: experience working in complex enterprise environments.
