Base Salary
$119k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for airborne computers, crypto products, and weapon-control systems.
- Process and display mission data and support systems that enable aircraft information dominance and precision-guided weapons.
- Apply embedded software engineering concepts and identify opportunities to use AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information are required.
- Preferred experience includes C in embedded environments, bare-metal software, memory-map interfacing, SPI/QSPI, UART, I2C, RSTP, VLAN, PTP, and anti-tamper/security.
- Understanding of software development processes and software engineering concepts, principles, and theories is preferred.
