Responsibilities
- Assist Technical Architects with requirements requiring custom development, integrations, or complex Salesforce solutions.
- Create and document technical designs and collaborate with consultants on solution implementation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks with appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop and implement complex Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components solutions.
- Design and implement integrations and backend or frontend solutions using Salesforce, Heroku, AWS, Python, and Node.js.
- Plan and execute production deployments while writing high-quality, resilient, testable code using Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve development and release processes.
- Attend internal and external kickoff meetings and client cadence calls as needed.
- Mentor new and junior developers and support developer interviewing and onboarding.
- Assist with the Salesforce Business Unit Framework and AppExchange products.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience is required.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications and at least 5 years of Salesforce experience are highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce API suite.
- Strong frontend development skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality work independently.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills, including communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work closely with U.S.-based teams and clients.
