Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and integrate Java applications and distributed services.
- Build and enhance scalable REST-based web services and microservices.
- Own assigned modules across the software development lifecycle, including quality, delivery, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver features.
- Review functional specifications and provide technical feedback.
- Support testing, integration, code review, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Contribute to scalability and reliability improvements in high-volume systems.
- Share knowledge and support junior team members when needed.
Requirements
- Require 9–12 years of software development experience with strong hands-on Java expertise.
- Require professional proficiency in Java 8.
- Require strong experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and REST-based web services.
- Require experience designing highly scalable, distributed applications, products, or services.
- Require strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Require experience with Agile delivery methods and SDLC practices.
- Require effective cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of technical ideas.
- Require a BE in ECE, ETC, CSE, or ISE.
- Preferred experience includes Kafka, Postgres, Cloud Pub/Sub, Big Data technologies, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and performance and scalability tuning.
