Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, planning, and execution of software applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and primary technical point of contact.
- Manage and coordinate teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical application issues.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software application issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
