Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions spanning modern user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with design, brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver performant experiences across web and mobile
- Develop backend logic and APIs, manage data flows, and integrate third-party platforms
- Optimize website performance through front-end best practices such as lazy loading and efficient asset management
- Set up and manage infrastructure using Vercel, AWS, CloudFront, Terraform, and CircleCI
- Implement and maintain web analytics and support A/B testing
- Write backend software and unblock development work across the stack
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to improve development processes and user experience
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Expertise with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful and Sanity
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager and Marketo
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and cloud platforms including AWS, Vercel, CloudFront, and S3
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools
- Knowledge of web performance optimization for fast-loading, responsive websites
- Experience writing tests for front-end components and familiarity with Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
