Base Salary
$92k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications, system designs, flowcharts, algorithms, and software solutions.
- Design, implement, test, document, and maintain application environments, databases, code, and information systems.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Perform proofs of concept, prepare test cases and test files, conduct test readiness reviews, and support integration testing.
- Assist with application installation, deployment, production implementation, release management, and procurement activities.
- Investigate program logic and data errors, recommend corrections, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support production code sets and implementations according to defined service level agreements.
- Work with platform specialists, developers, IT programmers, technical teams, and clients across the software delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- Seasoned experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
- Seasoned experience working in multi-team environments across multiple geographies.
- Seasoned programming and software development experience, including Scrum and Kanban processes.
- Advanced knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Seasoned knowledge of deployment and release management across environments, automation tooling, and source code repositories.
- Strong knowledge of multi-technology application design, platform engineering, application environments, hardware platforms, databases, operating systems, and storage.
- Relevant DevOps, Agile, cloud platform, scripting, or programming-language certifications are preferred.
