Go Developer (Fitness Operations)

- Provide hands-on Go engineering support for critical feature delivery across multiple domains.
- Improve development velocity, code quality, testing practices, and maintainability.
- Enhance agent harnesses, tools, context, workflows, and validation to increase AI-agent autonomy.
- Establish reusable Go patterns and engineering standards for engineers and AI agents.
- Evaluate agentic development tools and approaches through rapid experiments and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Identify bottlenecks, defects, and rework sources and apply reusable improvements across teams.
- Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, and customer stakeholders on technical options, risks, trade-offs, and pragmatic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Extensive production experience with Go, including API development, design patterns, concurrency, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Strong software architecture and system design experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
- Experience with developer tooling, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and become productive.
- Excellent technical judgment, customer-facing communication, influence, disagreement navigation, and consensus-building skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
