Responsibilities
- Support production services by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead SAST and DAST vulnerability remediation and other compliance initiatives.
- Execute modernization and migration projects to improve system efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
- Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Requirements
- Advanced Python skills and solid Django framework expertise.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with modernization, migration, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proven L2 support experience, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Strong experience with SAST and DAST vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, preferably OpenShift, or Azure or AWS, and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Familiarity with ELK, Dynatrace, and Grafana is preferred.
- Experience with or knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, event-driven architecture, and generative AI tools is preferred.
