Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise AI platform infrastructure, including multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, AI gateways, telemetry, monitoring, guardrails, and agent runtime environments.
- Deploy and operationalize Generative AI and agentic AI solutions using scalable, highly available architectures.
- Operate platform-level support for agentic protocols and infrastructure such as MCP servers, A2A, and LLM proxies.
- Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using open and proprietary agent frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD automation, reusable infrastructure-as-code, and MLOps and LLMOps practices across experimental and production environments.
- Develop AI governance, model risk management, regulatory, and responsible AI controls for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems.
- Contribute to EY thought leadership, AI assets, accelerators, delivery standards, and go-to-market offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and manage a portfolio of talent within the designated service line.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps, including direct support for production AI workloads.
- Proficiency in Python and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Deep experience with containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of major cloud AI ecosystems, open-source platforms, and AI-agent monitoring and observability suites.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and proprietary cloud-based agentic platforms.
- Deep experience in API integration and development.
- Experience with AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory considerations in complex or regulated industries.
- Consulting or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to adapt to evolving AI frameworks, agentic tool patterns, LLM capabilities, and cloud platform services.
