Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and observable services for AI agent workloads across multiple environments.
- Define and implement technical standards, APIs, and engineering best practices with engineering, architecture, and security teams.
- Develop platform capabilities for identity, networking, observability, and runtime orchestration.
- Improve developer experience and deployment automation through CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and testing frameworks.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive architectural decisions, contribute to technical planning, and help define milestones and deliverables across engineering squads.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security are embedded in platform development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with Azure, Terraform, and cloud security.
- Practical experience with AI resources in Azure and AWS, including AI Foundry, Bedrock, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience with agentic AI concepts such as MCP, A2A, guardrails, authentication, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift, and containerized cloud-native applications.
- Experience with observability and monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality production systems end to end and influence technical decisions across teams.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure Entra ID, workload identity, SPIFFE/SPIRE, or OIDC integration is preferred.
- Exposure to admission controllers, policy enforcement, or platform security tools is preferred.
- Interest in mentoring engineers and contributing to technical strategy discussions is preferred.
