Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Pega PRPC technologies.
- Work with onshore partners and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Pega flows, activities, user interfaces, flow actions, agents, SLAs, correspondence, security, reports, listeners, and connectors.
- Execute the full PRPC implementation lifecycle, including enterprise class structure and ruleset design.
- Plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and create end-to-end technical designs.
- Define and implement reusable assets and standards.
- Maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and internal or external customers.
Requirements
- BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience with PRPC implementation.
- Complete knowledge of Pega process flows and activities, UI elements, reporting elements, and decision management techniques.
- Experience with SOAP and HTTP connectors and services, listeners, batch processes, agents, and integrations with databases and external systems through SOAP or REST services.
- Knowledge of Pega upgrade activities, Pega Mobile, Pega frameworks, deployment activities, and application environments.
- Hands-on experience using Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
- Proficiency in Pega, SQL, and JIRA.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, self-motivation, accountability, and flexibility skills.
