Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers.
- Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations.
- Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
- Partner with Account Executives to navigate technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Contribute to technical content creation including implementation guides and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the organization.
- Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
- Strong software engineering background with experience in at least one modern programming language.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles.
- Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts or technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
