Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and modify software programs for client deployment.
- Perform coding, automate software validation, create and execute test cases, troubleshoot defects, and improve system performance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, investigate problem areas, and support software installation, upgrades, and interface improvements.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, status updates, and other formal implementation documentation.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provide customer support through requirements clarification, feedback collection, query troubleshooting, fault tracking, and timely communication.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, on-time delivery, quality, CSAT, MIS, and reporting objectives.
- Participate in continuing education and training, including learning new programming languages and completing skill-upgrading certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Ability to analyze software requirements, design solutions, write code, test software, troubleshoot issues, and document technical solutions.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, project teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders while maintaining customer focus.
- Commitment to software quality, error-free delivery, reporting accuracy, and continuous learning.
