Base Salary
$85k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable distributed systems for Offers, Catalog, CommerceIQ, and transactional commerce platforms.
- Develop and maintain high-scale services and data pipelines for offer lifecycle management, ingestion, and data modeling.
- Build and integrate AI-driven capabilities such as anomaly detection, intelligent routing, and insights.
- Improve platform consistency, modernization, reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools and modern development practices to improve development speed, code quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with coding experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems, including backend services, APIs, and/or frontend systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience or exposure to AI/ML, data science, data pipelines, models, or intelligent features.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
