Base Salary
$107k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability discussions.
- Develop complex features and enhance existing functionality using Java, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, microservices, and APIs.
- Create proofs of concept for customer-focused healthcare and generative AI use cases.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Investigate complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, identify system gaps, and recommend performance improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, business leaders, and IT leaders to coordinate delivery and make technical decisions.
- Adopt new technologies and tools and participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews, technical talks, and workshops.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed software environments.
- At least 5 years of Java and Spring Boot development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and Agile-based development environments.
- At least 2 years of agentic AI or generative AI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience includes health and wellness domains, full-stack development, AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, NoSQL databases, user-facing applications, generative AI concepts, roadmap development, and emerging cloud and IT technologies.
- Preferred candidates can collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and support broader organizational goals.
