Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to align with organizational workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to support seamless system performance.
- Support integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Document functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong business process analysis and requirements-gathering experience in ERP environments.
- Experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and support enterprise-system integrations.
- Ability to document functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
