Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM- and ML-powered products and features across the platform.
- Bring new AI capabilities from experiment to production in collaboration with engineers and product builders.
- Establish best practices for AI development, testing, observability, and reliability.
- Monitor and improve AI product performance and reasoning quality.
- Prototype and iterate on AI features with product and design teams.
- Stay current with generative AI advances, including agentic systems, reasoning capabilities, and context engineering.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Proven track record of solving real-world problems with AI or ML.
- Advanced statistical and data analysis skills.
- STEM degree from a top university.
- Product-driven mindset focused on practical ML solutions and client outcomes.
- Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in AI startups is nice to have.
- Strong publications or a GitHub profile are nice to have.
