Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, cloud infrastructure, and automation capabilities.
- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve application delivery and deployment reliability.
- Provide advanced Level 3 production support and resolve incidents for enterprise platforms and applications.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams on scalable and secure solutions.
- Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, disaster recovery, business continuity, and platform resiliency initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting distributed applications and services.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps-focused delivery organizations and across the full software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in two or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with GitHub and/or GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerized application deployment, and Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools and familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience using Jira or other Agile project management and issue-tracking platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, quality, reliability, and operational excellence skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400; cloud security and compliance experience; highly available mission-critical production support; automated testing frameworks; DevSecOps practices; and financial services experience.
