Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend systems using Java and Python.
- Lead architecture and implementation of scalable, resilient, distributed platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code and uphold high engineering standards.
- Drive code reviews, design reviews, performance tuning, and technical mentoring.
- Build and operate cloud-native applications on Azure AKS and AWS EKS.
- Evaluate and adopt modern AI, cloud, and platform technologies.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong individual-contributor mindset with substantial coding and complex problem-solving experience.
- Expertise in backend engineering, architecture, distributed systems, scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.
- Strong coding, architectural thinking, ownership, communication, and technical influence skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and continuously improve engineering practices.
