Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own, architect, build, and ship the React Native mobile platform across iOS and Android.
- Build AI-powered mobile experiences supporting insights and real-time agent interactions.
- Establish mobile architecture patterns, shared components, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance standards.
- Integrate with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and Shopify APIs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and founders on product experience and technical implementation.
- Improve reliability and performance through monitoring, error tracking, and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep React Native expertise.
- Proven experience shipping high-quality production mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, navigation, state management, and platform-specific considerations.
- Experience integrating external APIs and building real-time, data-intensive features.
- Ability to work across the stack in a fast-moving startup environment.
- High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Strong product intuition and interest in shaping product direction.
