Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and marketing stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, review briefs, clarify expectations, and identify risks.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions, email templates, landing pages, automations, and customer master data.
- Create and manage automated journeys including welcome series, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications.
- Set up and execute email, SMS, direct mail, social, paid, broadcast, and journey-based marketing campaigns.
- Create Salesforce Marketing Cloud CloudPages according to campaign briefs.
- Design and develop responsive HTML email templates from PSD files for desktop and mobile email clients.
- Implement dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript or SSJS.
- Test email rendering and functionality across email clients and devices.
- Monitor campaign engagement metrics, conduct A/B testing, optimize campaign performance, and provide reporting and analysis.
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS, campaign execution, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues.
- Maintain accurate ticketing, request-management, data, and timestamp records and follow desktop procedures.
Requirements
- Any graduation.
- 7 to 11 years of professional experience.
- In-depth Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Social Studio.
- Experience with SQL and AMPscript for segmentation and dynamic content creation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience configuring data extensions, email templates, landing pages, automations, and customer journeys.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills with hands-on experience developing responsive email templates.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, accessibility, and email design best practices.
- Experience with campaign reporting, KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Exposure to API integration and basic graphic design skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and campaign-management abilities.
