Responsibilities
- Gather campaign requirements with project managers and marketing stakeholders, clarify briefs, and identify delivery risks.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions, email templates, landing pages, automations, and customer master data.
- Build and maintain automated journeys such as welcome series, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications.
- Execute email, SMS, direct mail, social or paid, broadcast, and journey-based campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create responsive HTML email templates from PSD designs and implement dynamic content using AMPscript or SSJS.
- Conduct email rendering and functionality testing across email clients and desktop and mobile devices.
- Monitor campaign engagement metrics, provide reporting and analysis, and conduct A/B testing and optimization.
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign issues and maintain accurate ticketing and request-management records.
Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of professional experience.
- Any graduation degree.
- In-depth Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Social Studio.
- Experience configuring and customizing data extensions, email templates, automations, CloudPages, journeys, and campaign components.
- Knowledge of SQL and AMPscript, with exposure to API integration and SSJS.
- Hands-on experience developing responsive HTML/CSS email templates and resolving rendering issues.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, personalization, accessibility, design best practices, and A/B testing.
- Experience with campaign reporting, KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
