Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales with decision-makers through demos and proofs of concept to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Lead hands-on hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops focused on Microsoft developer tools and cloud platforms.
- Build relationships with developers and platform leads while co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions.
- Resolve technical blockers and objections in collaboration with engineering teams, sharing customer insights to improve products.
- Maintain expertise in AI Foundry, agentic AI frameworks, Semantic Kernel, the Foundry SDK, Responsible AI, application architecture, and cloud-native development.
- Develop expertise in generative AI operations, Sentinel, orchestration, monitoring, and AI management and security.
- Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Alternatively, 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI application architecture, agentic AI, APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven architecture, and Python, Java, or .NET is required or expected by the role.
