Responsibilities
- Engineer and operate end-to-end data pipelines that pull, normalize, and validate platform signals from enterprise sources.
- Build service-level scorecards and portfolio views combining application, infrastructure, and data quality indicators.
- Automate evidence collection, exception tracking, quality gates, and other recurring control processes using Python and API integrations.
- Maintain runbook-as-code and operational playbooks for incidents and control scenarios, including ownership, approvals, and rollback paths.
- Translate technical findings into executive-ready narratives, action registers, and publication-ready stakeholder content.
- Partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, and data consumers to triage issues, prioritize remediation, and measure service reliability.
- Apply GitHub Copilot and other AI tools responsibly while enforcing validation, security, compliance, and human accountability.
- Embed risk and controls practices through traceability, auditability, and policy alignment across engineering workflows and reporting.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in platform engineering, production support, or technical operations with hands-on delivery across applications, infrastructure, and data domains.
- Strong Python and scripting skills for automation, data processing, API orchestration, and production tooling.
- Knowledge of risk and controls frameworks, governance standards, control evidence, audit readiness, approvals, and traceable execution.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure supporting business services, including compute, networking, storage, identity and access dependencies, and hosting patterns.
- Understanding of application architecture and data flows, including upstream and downstream dependencies affecting resilience and control outcomes.
- Experience building operational dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting artifacts from technical telemetry.
- Practical experience with ITSM, incident, change, and service management workflows.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot with disciplined validation and secure usage practices.
