Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of customer-facing digital investing platforms.
- Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, system design, distributed systems, APIs, performance, security, reliability, and delivery.
- Build scalable backend services with C# and .NET and customer experiences with React and TypeScript.
- Own production operations, monitoring, observability, operational readiness, and platform reliability.
- Influence architectural direction and make high-impact technology decisions across digital platforms.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to translate priorities into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and drive engineering excellence and best-practice adoption.
- Use cloud-native technologies, automation, testing, and DevOps practices to deliver resilient platforms.
Requirements
- Deep full-stack engineering expertise across React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
- Strong system design, solution architecture, and technical decision-making capabilities.
- Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with MSSQL or equivalent SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and production support.
- Experience with testing, performance optimization, reliability, security, and end-to-end software ownership.
- Ability to lead technical strategy, influence architecture, and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Strong collaboration and mentoring capabilities across product, design, and engineering teams.
- Java experience is acceptable for candidates willing to transition to .NET.
- Azure experience is acceptable as an alternative to AWS.
