Responsibilities
- Prepare and participate in technical client presentations.
- Analyze customer AI workloads, including training, fine-tuning, inference, agents, and RAG.
- Qualify technical constraints across compute infrastructure, networking, and data, and translate them into business value.
- Engage technical stakeholders and C-level executives to build long-term relationships.
- Design, plan, blueprint, and provision custom GPU clusters and distributed architectures.
- Organize and execute proof-of-concepts to demonstrate technical viability.
- Partner with HPC, Product, Hardware, Network, and Sales teams to develop bespoke infrastructures.
- Collaborate with Sales to accelerate closing of large-scale deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to improve GPU Cluster product lines.
- Help define future services and associated service level agreements.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a technical pre-sales engineering role, ideally in a hyperscaler or neocloud environment.
- Strong expertise in IaaS and PaaS cloud architecture and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Deep knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPU architecture, GPU clusters, and Kubernetes GPU.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and high-performance storage solutions including Slurm, Lustre, VAST, DDN, and CUDA.
- Strong knowledge of advanced HPC networking protocols, including InfiniBand and RDMA.
- Familiarity with AI training, inference stacks, and MLOps architectures.
- Excellent written and spoken business and technical English for an international scope.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, pragmatic problem-solving, and business-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical engineers, C-level executives, product engineering, and sales teams.
