Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery of scalable Siebel CRM solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership for Siebel Open UI development.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Siebel Open UI customizations independently.
- Develop and customize physical renderers, presentation models, custom plug-ins, and Open UI manifest files.
- Configure Siebel applets, views, business components, business objects, workflows, and runtime events.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Implement custom validations, business rules, and user interactions.
- Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, EAI, and JMS/MQ.
- Perform technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 7 years of hands-on Siebel Open UI experience.
- Strong expertise in Siebel Open UI customization, Siebel configuration, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel IP19 or higher.
- Mandatory experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Siebel physical renderers, presentation models, custom plug-ins, and Open UI manifest files.
- Experience configuring Siebel applets, views, business components, business objects, workflows, and runtime events.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and technical design capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, mentor team members, and maintain a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Exposure to modern front-end technologies is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
