Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build software systems that analyze DVT test results, hardware configurations, failure behavior, and engineering telemetry.
- Develop workflows for fault isolation, comparative test analysis, and identification of recurring failure signatures.
- Apply software and AI techniques to ASIC, optics, power, environmental, and other hardware data.
- Architect event-driven ingestion workflows that process, validate, and normalize structured and unstructured engineering data.
- Design metadata-driven and hybrid retrieval systems for test runs, hardware inventory, configurations, and diagnostic outputs.
- Create reusable architectures for AI copilots, data-access tools, and production agent systems.
- Collaborate across design, qualification, and production while mentoring engineers and supporting quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven experience building production services using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
- Experience architecting event-driven ingestion workflows using AWS services for large structured and unstructured engineering datasets.
- Experience with metadata-driven and hybrid retrieval approaches for engineering diagnostics and investigation.
- Knowledge of reusable software architecture patterns for AI copilots, data-access tools, and production agent systems.
- Preferred qualifications include strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, collaborative system design and specification writing experience, and technical proficiency in AI/ML applications.
- Preferred knowledge includes Layer 2/3 network protocols, network processors, optical networking, secure boot, open-source tools, and CMIS/SFF standards including SFP and QSFP.

- U.S. and Canada salary range is listed as $186,900.00 to $267,700.00, with additional location-specific ranges.
