Base Salary
$98k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Write production-ready and testable code with full-stack ownership.
- Create scalable, reliable, and performant technical designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards throughout development.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience working with the Hogan DDA Application.
- Extensive knowledge of Hogan process dictionary components and PCDs, including substantial involvement in Hogan development, conversions, or new-release implementations.
- Preferred experience with CICS/VTAM, IMS/DB2, COBOL II, Easy Trieve, JCL, MVS, Expeditor, and GitLab.
