Base Salary
$136k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive account growth and hold a $5M–$10M program target.
- Lead thought-leadership discussions and develop data, AI, and program strategies and roadmaps.
- Advise clients on architecture, platforms, tooling, and AI transformation journeys.
- Lead cross-functional planning across creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders and facilitate presentations, program reviews, and status sessions.
- Lead matrixed teams of 15–30 professionals across multiple disciplines and coordinate external partners.
- Manage programs with budgets of $3M or more, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization recommendations.
- Oversee multi-workstream program delivery, quality, deadlines, risk management, and contingency planning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with a background enabling account growth in data, cloud, analytics, and AI.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands.
- Experience presenting to executives and managing high-visibility client programs.
- Experience overseeing delivery of large Data/AI transformation programs.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management tools, and eCommerce tools.
- Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments.
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and programs across multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders.
