Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of high-impact internal systems and services.
- Build the integration platform and surfaces connecting Clara teams and AI agents to the ClarOps backend.
- Collaborate across the full product lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
- Elevate the team through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and evolve backend microservices within a modern architecture.
- Drive cross-team problem-solving and architectural discussions.
- Apply AI tools to ship faster and improve team workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- Strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems using Kafka.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern development tooling.
- English proficiency sufficient to lead technical discussions across geographies.
- High autonomy, proactivity, ownership, and ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Interest in and practical experimentation with AI tools.
