Responsibilities
- Design and instruct the solution framework for the Salesforce development team.
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions supporting business functions, project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Create proofs of concept and lead solution meetings with stakeholders and customers.
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure Data Cloud and Agentforce, including Agentforce automation and Prompt Builder.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Six to eight years of software development and Salesforce integration experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Platform Developer 2 certification.
- Experience developing customer-facing applications.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, RDBMS, JavaScript, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SFDX.
- Hands-on experience with web services and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce configuration.
