Responsibilities
- Design, build and evolve scalable, secure and high-performing full-stack applications for digital home lending.
- Own solutions from discovery and design through development, deployment, operation, support and continuous improvement.
- Build secure, scalable APIs and backend services using .NET and apply domain-driven design and performance optimisation techniques.
- Deliver modern web experiences using React and Next.js with reusable components, responsive design and front-end performance practices.
- Contribute to automation, observability, operational excellence, reliable production outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Use monitoring, telemetry and customer feedback to identify opportunities and resolve production issues.
- Apply validation, testing and review practices to AI-generated outputs, including code accuracy, vulnerabilities and dependency risks.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and business stakeholders while providing technical guidance to peers.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and delivering full-stack applications with .NET, ASP.NET Core, React and Next.js.
- Experience building secure, scalable APIs and backend services in .NET.
- Experience delivering maintainable, performant and accessible web applications.
- Comfort working in Agile, CI/CD and DevSecOps environments.
- Experience with cloud, containers, microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of software quality, testing, observability, monitoring and production operations.
- Ability to use AI-assisted engineering tools while maintaining security, quality and maintainability standards.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, knowledge-sharing and technical communication skills.
