Responsibilities
- Participate in software design discussions and analyze user requirements to define technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software code.
- Test, debug, and resolve application issues and defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to troubleshoot program-related challenges.
- Follow software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Support product releases and provide ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.
- Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
- Strong experience with Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Familiarity with Azure, Oracle Database, Hibernate, JPA, distributed systems, caching technologies, and messaging platforms such as MQ and Kafka.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL, database design and tuning, and PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
- Financial-industry experience, particularly cross-border payments, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coding, communication, customer-focus, organization, and collaboration skills.
