Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Analyze business processes and define tasks, workflows, business requirements, and technical specifications.
- Develop, unit test, deploy, support, and enhance software in non-production and production environments.
- Lead teams through software solution development and delivery, including integrations and business rules.
- Review requirements, create technical solution designs, conduct code reviews, and support testing and defect resolution.
- Implement full software development lifecycles covering analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support, and enhancement.
- Perform proof-of-concept and process-improvement development activities.
- Plan and participate in production deployment support, technical validation, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical oversight, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in or for the financial services industry with BPMN workflows using IBM BPM and Flowable BPM, BRM, MQ, and migration of IBM Integration Bus to Java OpenShift services.
- Experience with IBM Integration Bus, Java development, and container-based application deployments.
- Experience developing software solutions involving multiple integrations and business rules or requirements for prioritized business and MIS projects.
- Experience leading software development and delivery teams, including projects involving two or more full-time developers and delivery timelines of six months or longer.
- Experience reviewing requirements, creating technical designs, conducting code reviews, supporting testing, and resolving software defects.
- At least 1 year of technical lead or supervisory experience with domestic and international project development teams.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
