Base Salary
$86k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of software solutions for complex business needs.
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Python, microservices, Domain-Driven Design, and bounded contexts.
- Build Kafka-based event-driven systems and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Python frameworks.
- Implement service discovery, API gateway capabilities, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate Azure AI Foundry and generative AI capabilities into business solutions.
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation and facilitate complex problem resolution.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and review software coding, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Expertise with Java, Python, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design, service discovery, API gateways, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, generative AI capabilities, LLM integration, prompt engineering, or Azure OpenAI Services.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure cloud experience, Docker and Kubernetes knowledge, application monitoring and observability experience, and Agile/Scrum experience.
