Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions across multiple product lines.
Direct and consult on all phases of the software engineering lifecycle and troubleshoot technical problems.
Lead the development of enterprise governance platforms and AI-powered governance capabilities.
Design and implement enterprise agent frameworks supporting autonomous governance operations.
Develop knowledge graph and semantic technology platforms.
Resolve workflow problems through automation optimization and guide technology architecture and solution design.
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.

Bachelor's degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, enterprise data governance, AI engineering, agent frameworks, semantic technologies, and large-scale software development.
Knowledge of application development, APIs, automation, application design, architecture, software process improvement, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting.
Higher-level education such as a master's degree or PhD and certifications are desirable.
No required certifications or licenses.
