Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the company’s Kubernetes environment end to end.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage infrastructure resources across AWS EKS and NeoCloud providers.
- Oversee training data in a Data Lake, including filtering incoming streams and removing noise during training phases.
- Provide high-level technical consulting and solve complex infrastructure problems for development teams.
- Implement and maintain monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging NeoCloud providers into the hybrid infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, cloud computing, or a related field, or an IT apprenticeship.
- At least six years of experience in systems administration and DevOps in a modern DevOps environment.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and identity providers such as Keycloak or Active Directory.
- Ability to automate recurring solutions and evaluate emerging tools such as GPUaaS.
- Fluent spoken and written English; German is advantageous.
- Openness to learning, experimenting with new tools, and continuous technical improvement.
