Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software and automation for datacenter planning and execution workflows.
- Build planning platform features that improve resource efficiency, cost management, scheduling, and capacity deployment cycle times.
- Resolve complex system integration challenges with internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers on project plans, release plans, and work items.
- Demonstrate developed features, share code assets and learnings, and work in an Agile environment.
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual by monitoring services, participating in on-call operations, communicating incidents, and initiating restoration actions.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree with 6+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of software engineering, testing, and documentation best practices.
- Proficiency in coding and design and ability to work with partner teams across organizations.
- Strongly preferred experience building solutions on Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
- Software development experience in at least two areas including web and API development, UX technologies, Angular, React, relational databases, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
- 5+ years of technical experience architecting and building solutions on Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with data platform architectures, including SQL relational databases, data warehousing, or big data architectures.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $119,800-$234,700 per year, with a separate range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position will remain open for at least five days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
