Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, maintainable, reusable code following SOLID principles.
- Develop automation capabilities for datacenter planning, construction, cost, and schedule management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate features in an Agile environment.
- Resolve complex system integration challenges with internal and external teams.
- Share technical learnings and reusable code assets across the CO+I engineering organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive project plans, release plans, and work items.
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual, participate in on-call monitoring, communicate service status, and initiate restoration actions.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of software engineering, testing, and documentation best practices.
- Proficient coding and design skills.
- Ability to work with partner teams across organizations.
- Strongly preferred experience building solutions on PowerPlatform and Dynamics 365.
- Software development experience in at least two of web and API development, UX technologies, relational databases, PowerPlatform, and Dynamics 365.
- 5+ years of technical experience architecting and building solutions on Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with data platform architectures, including SQL relational databases, data warehousing, or big data architectures.
