Base Salary
$108k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements for CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce artifacts and scalable CRM capabilities.
- Integrate Salesforce with backend platforms using synchronous and asynchronous approaches.
- Develop Salesforce configuration, workflows, triggers, Apex code, data models, and declarative solutions.
- Build Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, product partners, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Agile teams delivering solutions that meet client needs.
- Use AI productivity tools to improve software delivery, code quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Salesforce design and development experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, including configuration, workflow, triggers, Apex, data modeling, and declarative development.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform features and integration patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems through synchronous and asynchronous approaches.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, AI-assisted workflows, and generative AI concepts.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI productivity tools.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification.
- Preferred: OmniStudio, Java/J2EE, distributed computing, CI/CD, Bitbucket, GitHub, Bamboo, Jira, Agile development, and financial services experience.
