Base Salary
$157k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy for complex Enterprise opportunities.
- Drive advanced technical discovery to identify pain points and differentiation opportunities.
- Host technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Architect and execute Proof of Value plans for technical selection.
- Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and competitive intelligence.
- Prototype solutions and build proof-of-concepts to demonstrate Klaviyo's differentiation.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales with 3+ years leading technical strategy in high-complexity Enterprise deals.
- 5+ years of experience with modern development stacks including Python and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging patterns.
- Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce systems, and analytics.
- Advanced discovery and requirements gathering skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence.
