Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate machine learning algorithms through rigorous experimentation.
- Evaluate cutting-edge technologies for Robinhood-specific problems.
- Develop scalable machine learning models focusing on ranking and recommendation systems.
- Design reinforcement learning algorithms and apply multi-armed bandit strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests to assess model performance and analyze results.
- Analyze experimental data to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and data scientists to integrate models into products.
- Build reusable libraries for common machine learning practices and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three years of experience in machine learning or related occupation.
- Experience in productionizing ML models focused on recommendations and ranking.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, XGBoost, Pytorch or Tensorflow.
- Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, or Kubernetes.
- Strong statistical analysis skills for A/B testing.
