Base Salary
$179k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Build features using TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Temporal-based compute orchestration.
- Own high-impact technical systems critical to Scale’s revenue delivery.
- Build and iterate on systems scaling to millions of tasks per week.
- Collaborate with model teams, Forward Deployed Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to engineering culture, values, and best practices.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of building and shipping products at scale.
- Have experience across the stack, including React, TypeScript, Node, and Python.
- Bring strong product intuition and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Be excited to work on a hybrid team based in San Francisco or New York City.
