Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide architecture across retail and supply chain domains, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration integrity.
- Design scalable, integrated solutions by translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead business process analysis and solution design workshops and advise clients on industry best practices and process optimization.
- Present solution strategies, design rationales, and business outcomes to business, management, and executive audiences.
- Coordinate across Consulting, Pre-Sales, Cloud, Support, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective knowledge transfer.
- Support project planning by estimating scope, cost, and integration complexity.
- Facilitate solution demonstrations and data and process flow discussions between Enterprise Planning and Store Shelf Planning systems.
- Identify incremental revenue and enhancement opportunities and develop business cases for product improvements.
- Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants and promote architectural consistency, reusable frameworks, and delivery excellence.
- Provide strategic industry guidance on transformation, modernization, and process optimization aligned with Blue Yonder capabilities and roadmap.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning, including 5+ years focused on JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.
- Deep functional and architectural expertise in demand planning, supply planning, MRP, production planning, order optimization, inventory planning, and sales and operations planning.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and data flows across CPG and white goods, industrial and automotive, semiconductor and consumer electronics, metals, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience in solution estimation, architecture governance, and end-to-end delivery leadership.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering functional and technical specifications.
- Strong presentation skills for business, management, and executive audiences.
- Ability to identify incremental value opportunities and articulate business cases for innovation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global delivery models and onshore–offshore coordination.
- Willingness to travel according to business needs.
- Preferably educated at a Tier 1 business school or technology institute.
