Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI architecture, roadmaps, governance standards, and reusable solution blueprints.
- Design and personally prototype production-grade AI, Generative AI, RAG, agentic, and multi-agent systems.
- Architect agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory, tool calling, MCP integration, interoperability, and workflow automation.
- Design knowledge management, semantic search, vector database, hybrid search, Graph RAG, and knowledge-graph solutions.
- Establish evaluation, tracing, observability, reliability, security, privacy, compliance, Responsible AI, and cost-governance practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, client workshops, technical discussions, proposal development, solution estimation, and presentations.
- Mentor AI engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams while setting code-quality and architectural standards.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience, including 10+ years of IT experience.
- At least 3 years of AI/GenAI architecture experience and 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, agentic AI, machine learning, NLP, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS AI/ML, or Google Vertex AI.
- Expertise in Python, APIs, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes, plus enterprise-scale cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with agent evaluation, observability, tracing, guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, identity management, and tool-permission scoping.
- Knowledge of security architecture, AI governance, compliance, and industry-specific AI use cases.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, client-advisory, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- AI, cloud, or enterprise architecture certification is highly desirable.
